Schedule a 30-minute Business Planning Session.
Our Business Building Planning session is available to all members. During the planning sessions, we spend about 15 minutes learning more about our member's businesses or ideas to identify their needs better.
We spend the remaining time clearly showing our members their Business Building Roadmap and how to use the Step-by-Step Guides. We also discuss additional services we offer that might benefit the member.
After the Business Planning Session, we email the member their Business Building Roadmap.
Yes. Our Virtual HQ and Open Campus is an exclusive opportunity for our members and other business owners and professionals.

Innovation Business Academy's goal is to help as many minority small business owners as possible. High price business consultants and coaches typically exclude the very clients we desire to help.
Our extensive level of experience and success has afforded us the opportunity to pursue our passion. Don't get us wrong we believe in being compensated for our hard work and experience, but we understand that most successful small business owners average an annual revenue between $45K-$85K.
As a business building company and cash flow being one of the top reasons businesses struggle, it is not in our member's best interest to spend a significant portion of their income on counseling and coaching.

Elite Members can participate in our Think Tank Program by hosting a product pre-launch or idea session once a quarter.
During the Think Tank, members will offer constructive feedback to the business owner that they can be apply to make the necessary adjustments on their products or ideas.
Think Tanks are a great way for business owners minimize their business fails to grow their businesses and save money.
