Innovation Business Academy has taken a different approach toward online business-building communities. Zoom-like meetings are ineffective, especially for networking events and workshop labs, so we created our IBA Virtual HQ.
IBA Virtual HQ is our 3D headquarters space that allows our members to experience an immersive online business community. Whether working with their Business Advisors or attending Workshop Labs, Think Tanks, or Networking Events, our members extract real value from our unique platform.
We are also fundamentally changing how business owners test new products and ideas throughout the Think Tank program.
Members can also use our Virtual HQ for staff meetings and events, informally connecting with other members, and conducting business-building tasks.
A VR headset is NOT required.

Even though nothing can truly replace the benefits of interacting in real life, our Virtual HQ comes close. Our member's avatars can move, dance, speak, and express emotion.
Networking
Meeting new people over Zoom is awkward and chaotic. Virtual HQ allows members to interact without interrupting others, exchange private information without being broadcast to everyone in the room, participate in activities, or observe with a better perspective.
Improved Communication
Helping people build their businesses in a virtual environment requires clear and precise communication, which can be lost in traditional virtual meetings. Virtual HQ allows members and advisors to communicate naturally as if in person.
Immersive Workshops
Our focus is providing real help for our members, and our Workshop Labs offer a hands-on approach that is engaging, informative, and effective. Members can ask questions and receive help and feedback in real time.
